Sweet Grass is Back!

Hello everyone: For about 10 days we were without sweetgrass and then our friends from Cree country came through with our yearly shipment.

This years harvest was harder than before as the current west coast drought is affecting everyone along the Pacific coast including our Canadian brothers and sisters. We appreciate everything they have done on our behalf and also the patience of our customers, friends and family.

One of the many consequences of the drought has been shorter sweetgrass braids, they are still reaching the above 18 inches in length but some are as short as 15 inches. As with all things, we appreciate what Mother Nature has offered us and we are blessed to have anything at all.
