Description
At the age of six Kathy had already won first place in her first juried art contest. Art has been a priority in her life ever since. Kathy's early works were done in colored pencil until she was introduced to watercolors by her mother, Marion Toillion, a wonderful artist in her own right. They had many enjoyable years working side by side while they lived in Pierre.
Today Kathy lives in Spearfish, South Dakota. Specializing in western and wildlife art, Kathy participates in many juried art shows and exhibitions. Currently her work is exhibited in galleries throughout the Midwest. Kathy has been the artist in residence several times at Custer State Park, South Dakota.
