Quick Overview
Holding a coup stick, this little male Crow doll is clothed in a buckskin shirt with a trade cloth breechcloth and red leggings.
Description
His buckskin shirt features a chest band of red cotton cloth and rows of turquoise beadwork. Beaded strips run down either side of the shirt front and arms; the sleeve decoration also incorporates hair locks.

His breechcloth is made from the trade cloth salvage edge; his leggings are made of red felt cloth and decorated with strips of turquoise beadwork down the front and across the bottom edge of each leg. The leggings are are secured with leather laces. He also wears a pair of unadorned buckskin moccasins.

His face is painted with earth pigments in a design inspired by a vision had by the artist's father-in-law. The doll's hair is made of black horse hair and painted red at the part. On each side, his hair hangs in long braids that also has leather woven into the braids and then secured at the ends with this same leather tie.

The doll's body is made of fabric and stuffed with cotton.
